Grilled Tilapia

First of all I have to say this doesn't look like the yummiest dish because I had to go and make my family eat healthy last night. It was very good Tilapia along with the sweet potato but we could of went with out the acorn squash. So, here is the recipe for the grilled tilapia.



Ingredients
4-5 fillets of tilapia
2 Tbs olive oil
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cups fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 cups lemon juice
1 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp cumin

Crush garlic in bowl, add cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, peppers, and cumin. Mix together. Set bowl aside. Lay out to piece of aluminum foil, put 1 Tbs of olive oil on each piece of foil and spread the oil around. Lay 2-3 pieces of fish on each piece of foil. Grind salt over top of fish, then drizzle ingredients of bowl over top of fish. Grill for 5-8 minutes on medium high. Very yummy you could serve it with pretty much anything rice, potato's or pasta.

Even though my picture doesn't look that inviting to your stomach try it was very light, flaky and flavorful. Enjoy
